GRANTS PROGRAM
Each year, Women of Fearrington uses a competitive grant application process to determine the funding we will provide. All applications must focus on women and/or children in Chatham County. For more information about the process click here.
Following are the recipients of Women of Fearrington grants for 2024–25. You will learn more about them in the coming year. For more information, click on the links.
Wonderful Options in Action!
This year, Amanda (not her real name) is bouncing back from her status as an unhoused single mother. Help came from numerous groups, including WoF grant recipients Second Bloom, Salvation Army, and Love Chatham. “Even though you feel like people have given up on you because of choices you made in life, [they] helped me look forward to my life, being happy, and able to provide for my kids as a single parent.”
